Choosing the right party is important and having the information regarding local events, regarding the style of event, quality and ratio of couples, males and females is something we think is important to ensure you have a good experience.

We had attended some Meet & Greets, but found most to be unorganised, swamped with single males of honestly, not very well run with nobody that even piqued our interest. Thus we began the NLM events. NLM stands for Newcastle Lifestyle Mingles. We wanted a classy, safe and fun night where people could actually meet others in person, chat, perhaps find a connection and chemistry as we all know how important that is. Another factor was with so many discovering the joys of the lifestyle, a safe space for them to meet others, ask questions and feel part of a community was vital in the area as a stepping stone for many who can have legitimate concerns about discretion and overcoming nerves as they explore their fantasies.

We limit our events to genuine couples for a number of reasons. Firstly, because many couples seek other couples. Also, couples in the lifestyle tend to know genuine singles, male and female, and recommendations go a long way! Couples also have different dynamics, with each couple having their own personal ground rules, something that often evolves over time.

We limit our events to 30 – 40 verified couples and endeavour to create a safe environment, in a private space so you know that everyone you meet there is in the lifestyle. That way the conversations can freely go to places that are not perhaps suitable in regular public spaces. Many utilise our events to meet other couples that they have been chatting with online, as a way to finally meet and hopefully find sexual chemistry.

They are held in licenced venues, we try to support local business wherever we can and we try to find classy venues, fully licenced and near accomodation as we know many people travel or just like to get away from home for the evening.

We are always open to suggestions as to how we might improve our events, and incorporating fun ways to have everybody meet in a “speed dating” style game early on is always a good way to get people chatting.

Tickets are $60 per couple which goes to cover venue booking fees and we put on platters of nibbles/finger food as well. Dress code is classy as the meets are held on a Saturday evening in nice venues, which have dress codes, and of course, it feels great to dress up.
