So, you are keen to attend our couples meet & greet?
Fantastic, but we have a few requirements as we strive to ensure it is genuine couples only who attend.
When you purchase a ticket via the link you will find exclusively on RedHotPie we need a few things from you.
The booking site will have you fill out a name, address, email and phone number.
You will receive an email of confirmation of purchase from the booking site.
We will then send an email from TheNLMevents@gmail.com which we need you to respond to. This serves 2 purposes.
- That we receive you RHP profile name to check that you are a verified couple, or at our unicorn friendly events, a verified single female profile. This helps keep out the fakes and flakes. See below as to how to get verified on RHP.
2. That you will receive the venue location in the week prior to the event. We keep it under wraps to help keep out gatecrashers and the single males. Remember, this is a couples only event.
We do not share out peoples details with anybody, all emails are sent BCC only. If we do not hear back from you after repeated attempts, including an SMS message, we will refund your ticket and remove you from the door list.
On the night, no singles are admitted. If your partner cannot attend, we offer refunds up to 48 hours prior to the night.
How to verify your RHP profile: taken from the RHP website
Profile Verification
“To verify your profile on the App, please go to Menu > Verify your profile. On the desktop version, you will see a column for ‘Things to do’ on your home page.
Once you click the link, you will be guided through a process for video verification. Please follow the instructions carefully. Once the process is completed, our moderation team will verify the image and video. If it is valid, you will see a blue badge appear next to your username on your profile page. If your verification is invalid, please try again. For couples in particular, please ensure that both partners complete the process. Verification done with only one partner will be rejected.
If video verification does not work, then you have an alternative method of verification. Please follow the instructions carefully for photo verification.
The verification photo must be a clear head-shot of yourself very obviously holding a piece of paper with your unique verification code written on it. If this photo is not valid, your verification will not be processed. On the website, you can find the link to verify your profile on the home page on the right-hand column, or visit the Edit Profile link via your account management panel on the top right-hand side. Select ‘Verify your profile’ to start the process.”
